Customers choose the systems they connect, the permissions they grant, and the workflows they enable. We design integrations to use only the access needed for their configured purpose.
Where AI is enabled, inference runs on customer-controlled local systems or models we operate on United States cloud GPU infrastructure. Customer inputs and outputs are not used to train shared models.
Software can organize evidence and reduce repetitive work. The customer remains responsible for clinical, commercial, accounting, tax, and other material decisions.
We do not send Customer Service Data content to OpenAI, Anthropic, or another third party's general-purpose model API. Details and limitations are described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
